Oklahoma City School District called on Hunzicker Brothers to help them bring a more enjoyable sporting event for their Capitol Hill High School students. They needed three things to make their gym better: lower energy use, lower energy cost, and raise the quality of light. Their lighting was 53 fixtures at 40,900 watts, costing them around $8500 yearly. The crowd was in the dark, and the lighting had no visual effects.
We installed 30 high-performance LED Luminaires, each 11,800 watts. They came with an on-phone app-controlled interface; multiple lighting presets, and a $2,000 yearly cost reduction. This update was a game-changer.
